Wopie on your phone

- Full-screen pages stay clear of the status bar, and the Teams button fits on a phone.
- A Teams organisation that hasn't set Wopie up yet is told how, instead of hitting a dead end.

Files, web pages and Teams across organisations
Improved
- Approve now runs the tool directly, so file tools no longer ask twice.
- Apps you haven't connected link straight to the connect step, and app search offers that link when it finds nothing.
- Replies are tidier: no repeated name, and a line telling you media is on its way.
- Long names and email addresses stay inside the sidebar profile button.
Fixed
- Excel files and cut-off web pages now work in production.
- Teams replies now work for organisations other than your own.
Settings tidied, and faster app loading
Improved
- Tone and custom instructions moved to Settings, under General.
- Connected apps load their actions on demand, with up to 20 apps per person.
- Workspaces that have never paid run on DeepSeek V4 Flash, and model choice unlocks with the first payment.
Fixed
- Approving a Slack action now runs exactly the action you approved.
Off, Ask or Auto, for every tool

- Every connected app has its own page, where each tool can be set to Off, Ask or Auto.
- Connector profiles and app-linked skills, starting with Instagram.
Improved
- The per-app page is faster, and has been redesigned.
- The Connect button now always shows on an integration card.
Wopie arrives in Microsoft Teams
New
- Wopie works in Microsoft Teams: mention @Wopie in a channel and delegate work the way you would to a colleague.
- Approve and Cancel cards in Teams, so sensitive actions wait for a person there too.
- Files Wopie makes appear inline in Teams.
- When Wopie needs a decision, it asks with a multiple-choice card in the chat.
Improved
- The dashboard chat has been redesigned, and you can watch the model think as it works.
- Emoji reactions on Slack and Teams, chosen to match what was said.
- Model, Team, Usage and Billing now live in Settings, with a main menu on the agent page.
- Your own messages carry a copy button and a timestamp, with your timezone in the tooltip.
Sign in with Google, and one account across tools

- Continue with Google: sign in without Slack.
- Link a Slack workspace to a Google or Microsoft account, so one person has one account.
Improved
- Signing in without Slack skips the Slack-only onboarding steps.
- Slack install problems now show on Settings instead of a silent "Not connected".
- The account chooser always shows, so you can sign in with a different Google or Microsoft account.
Fixed
- The demo directory and demo user no longer appear in real workspaces.
Multi-step app actions
New
- Wopie can finish multi-step actions in an app, such as creating an Instagram post and then publishing it.
Improved
- If one model provider is unavailable, Wopie falls back to another and keeps working.
- Deleting a workspace now revokes its integrations at the source.
Fixed
- App actions run against the latest version of each toolkit.
Faster onboarding, more apps
New
- A second app provider fills the gaps, so more tools can be connected.
Improved
- Onboarding is quicker: Slack data loads in the background and starter-pack logos are cached.
- The dashboard fetches page data in parallel and shows skeletons while it arrives.
Fixed
- Onboarding no longer loops at the verification step.
- A duplicate tool result no longer derails a conversation.
Images, video and steadier approvals

- Wopie can now generate images and video.
Improved
- Sessions stay active on a rolling 24-hour idle timeout, so you're not signed out mid-task.
- Real tool logos now show in the onboarding starter pack.
Fixed
- Approve now reliably runs the action inside Slack.
- Internal prompt text is no longer exposed in responses.
Finished documents and permission modes

- Create finished Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF documents.
- Permission modes let you control exactly what the agent may do on its own versus what needs a human.
Improved
- Redesigned sign-in page in the Wopie brand.
- View and disconnect your Slack connection from Settings.
- Your real workspace name now appears in the dashboard sidebar.
Fixed
- The "Connect Slack" button now goes to install instead of the dashboard.
- The onboarding "Switch account" button no longer bounces back to the dashboard.
Scheduled work you can rely on
Improved
- Confirmation dialogs before destructive actions.
- Accurate run counts for scheduled tasks in Usage.
Fixed
- Scheduled tasks no longer spawn duplicate runs.
- Scheduled runs can now DM the right person.
Approvals inside Slack

- Approve connected-app actions right inside Slack, no trip to the dashboard.
- Reach the full API of any connected app, not just the prebuilt actions.
- Wopie can DM you directly, and with the right permissions can DM a teammate too.
- Let scheduled jobs take connected-app actions unattended with auto-approve.
Improved
- Approval prompts show the full action details (recipient, subject and body) before you approve.
- A clear result summary is posted after an approved action.
- Wopie tells apart the different people in a Slack thread.
Fixed
- Onboarding no longer leaks internal tool-talk into the welcome message, or invents business details you didn't give.
- Stop now reliably halts a running task.
